1. Review of actions:
- PS, JL: write specification for generation of MICE target
signal for ISIS BPS.

- PH: Inform trgt group how archiving of target data
to GRID will be done.

- PS: Look at ways of including the "legal spill" marker
feature.

2. Progress on mechanical design and fabrication:
2.1 Target assembly [2] and [3]: JT
- KL spoke to EC:
- Drop-test rig is complete. EC now proceeding to a set of pins
JT had designed.
2.2 Performance analysis of T2#2: PH
- PH will make a rapid MICE note.
2.3 Stator: CB, GB, OT
- GB has caught up with Emily. Many more measurements. Has
found that can move probe through magnetic axis. By eye it looks as
though the magnetic axis does not match the mechanical axis. In fact,
looks as though magnetic axis is aligned with the magnetic centre at the
'top' but not at the bottom.
3.
Target electronics and DAQ: PS, JL
- Have implemented new s/w. Essentially OK. A few problems
with error correction during target stroke. These are being fixed by
PS.
- When PS back from vacation will make another visit to complete
debugging.
- JL has specked a PC. £1k for 2 PCs.
- Missing events: reproducible 40/10 Hz operation of ISIS.
Will do this as soon as PS is back and visit to RAL has been arranged.
4. Target paper: CB
- Will start, between KL, CB, JT.
