1. Review of actions:

• PH: Suggest date for target w/s.
  Agreed 21Dec10. KL to book Norton Room. KL to re-invite David Findlay or ISIS. Goal is to start at 11:30;

· KL: Invite David Findlay to target workshop, and contact Rose to book room.
Half done. KL has invited DF who is away. Room will be organised.

· PH: to produce note on performance of T2.4.
In progress, almost complete.

· PH to contact AH to check pumps can be left on over Christmas.
Believed to be OK. Action can be deleted.

· BS: to measure the field symmetry of T3 about the observed magnetic centre.

2. Review of running in R78:

2.1 Latest results: PH, EO

• Generally positive impression. Keep systematic checking.

3. Progress on mechanical design and fabrication:

3.1 Target assembly [3] and [4]: JT

• No mechanical report this week.

3.2 Stator development: EC, GB, BS

• EC has made test piece for mandrel. Looks as though can make the mandrel in one piece. Now proceed to winding test;
• GB to propose schedule for new stator at target w/s;

3.3 Permanent magnet development: PH

• Not addressed this week.

3. Target electronics and DAQ: PS, JL

• PS
• Schematics for board need to be revised after PS’s tests in the lab;
• Now working on routing of board;
• EO working on specification of limits for BPS system;
• JL:
• Now working on routing of daughter board
• Power supply board expected to be next week

4. Target paper: CB

• Present draft can be accessed from:
