MICE Collaboration Meeting

Registration: Please register using this form. You can see a list of registered people here. A fee will be collected to cover transport, refreshments and the collaboration dinner.
Accommodations: will be at Cosener's House in Abingdon with overflow at other local hotels (like Crown & Thistle). You can request reservations on the form when you register.
Transportation: You can find directions here. Buses will be available for transport between Cosener's House and RAL on meeting days. See multimap.com if you intend to do local travel.
Meeting rooms: The plenary sessions will be in the Pickavance Lecture Theatre. Conference rooms 5, 12 and 13 will be available Saturday through Tuesday for parallel sessions and other meetings. Pre-meetings on the Friday can be arranged by contacting the organizers. See map for details.
Computing: Wireless network access will be available in meeting rooms.
Banquet: There will be a group dinner Sunday night at a local restaurant.
Program: is available here. Plenary sessions will start Saturday morning (Oct 22) and last through Monday evening (Oct 24). There will be a Technical Board meeting Saturday evening, a Collaboration Board meeting Sunday evening and an Executive Board meeting Monday evening. A software tutorial and workshop will follow.
