15^th MICE Collaboration Meeting June 8-11, 2006 -- Fermilab

· Organizers: Alan Bross and Malcolm Ellis

· Schedule: The workshop will start on Thursday 8^th June. There will be a Software Workshop immediately before the Collaboration Meeting.

· Registration: Please register using this and make sure you indicate what days you can attend and any specific discussion you would like to participate in if you can't be present through the whole workshop. You can see a list of registered people here.

· The registration fee includes the banquet, coffee breaks and lunch on Sunday and will be $100 for carnivores and $80 for vegetarians. The registration fee excluding the banquet is $50.

· The registataion fee can only be paid in cash or a US check. Credit cards can not be accepted.

· Computing: Wireless network access is available in the meeting room, for those participants not registered as Fermilab visitors, you will need to register each morning when you first attempt to get a DHCP connection. Details of the Fermilab wireless procedures can be found here. You can only register temporarily for five days, so if you will be at Fermilab for longer (e.g. attending the software workshop) it will be necessary to register as a visitor and register your laptop during the first few days.

· Location: Plenary sessions will be in Curia II (WH2SW).

· Transportation: A car is extremely useful to be able to get around. The Fermilab website has some recommendations for hire cars and transport between Fermilab and the Chicago airports here.

· Accommodation: Details of hotels, including some with discounted rates for people visiting Fermilab can be found here.
