   Proposal:
   

   • All Applications will pass a pointer or reference to the MICERun to any classes used by them.
   • The MICERun will contain a MICESpill object and provide a method to return a pointer or reference (as well as const versions) to the spill.
   • The MICESpill will contain at least one MICEEvent internally (in practise it will contain a vector of them).
   • The MICESpill will also provide a method to return a pointer to "the MICEEvent".
   • Internally, the MICESpill will keep track of which event in spill is currently being used.
   • The MICESpill will also return interger values for spill number, event in spill and event number.
   • The MICERun will return an integer value for the run number.
   • Code inside the G4MICE domains (other than Applications) that currently pass a Run and Event will only now pass a Run object.
   • Code which passes the MICEEvent (because that is all that is required) can continue to do so.
   • The MICERun and Spill will be made as singletons.
