 0. Review of actions
  - ME: Document the storage of the QA data as a MICE Note
        that will be linked from the tracker/documentation link.
    - Stands.

  - GB/ME: Write MICE Note on tracker CMM and confirmation with cosmic
           data.  
    - Stands.

  - GB/RH: Prepare plan for servicing of cold heads, compressors,
           and vacuum pumps.
    - Stands:
      - GB and RH have discussed.  Will prepare plan with ABr next
        week.

  - ABr: Check copyright.
    - Done.

  - ABr: Seek successfor to TH
    - P. Rubinov and T. Fitzpatrick.  So done.

  - PK: Check Forster reference.
    - Done.

 1. Tracker paper: efficiency analysis                   DA
    - See slides.
    - DA will present tracker poster at Vienna.
    - DA agreed to try and undertand calculation and then prepare
      summary to go through with KL, ME, et al when ready (next week?)

 2. Discussion of overview of steps in preparation       All
    of tracker for installation

    - Start cryo servicing as soon as we can.

    - Mechanical plan: can be prepared -- GB has added his piece
                       to TH plan.  Need to review plan once TH
                       has produced his plan -- perhaps next tracker
                       meeting.

    - Readout integration: Outstanding work is to integrate tracker 
                       #1 and #2 readout.  Agreed to start work on
                       readout integration as soon as paper is done
                       and servicing is complete.
